Designing dialogue around decision points
How AHeD aligns convening with policy reviews, planning cycles and programme redesigns, and why the timing of a dialogue matters as much as its content.
The problem with convening
Dialogue that arrives after a decision has been taken is commentary. Dialogue that arrives while a policy is still being drafted can change it.
This note sets out how AHeD identifies decision windows, designs engagement around them, and records what is agreed so that the outcome is checkable rather than asserted.
